"I participated in the Enneagram Workshop with a mild curiosity for exploring my personality type. I didn't realize what a powerful tool it would be in my relationships and in my mindfulness practice. While it was both affirming and thought-provoking to name my type, the real value in understanding my tendencies and patterns is the revelation that I don't have to be dominated by them. Like a switch turned on in my brain, I've been able to counter-punch negative thinking and apathy to create new patterns and healthier habits. I'm working on more open communication in my relationships, and I'm more proactive about making the small changes I need to keep myself motivated. I'm so happy and grateful for the growth I've made since taking this workshop!" - Workshop Participant

The Enneagram is a tool that helps to discover your essence (your true self beyond personality) by identifying habits of avoidance and idealization, as well as adaptive strategies that keep us stuck. Based on nine fundamental human archetypes, your Enneagram type reveals a path not just to change, but to transform. The work of the Enneagram is ultimately about grounding, awareness and curious inner observation. It works hand in hand with a secular or faith based contemplative practice.
